Need help with the DoctorsInFrance Doctor app? We're here for you.

Signing in

Enter your registered phone number or email. We send a 6-digit one-time code — by WhatsApp if you enter a phone, or by email. Enter the code to sign in. Codes expire after 15 minutes; you can request a new one.

Not receiving your code?

• Make sure you entered the phone or email registered with your doctor account.
• Check that WhatsApp is installed and active on the number you entered.
• Wait a few seconds and try requesting the code again.
• Still stuck? Email us and we'll help you sign in.

Getting paid

Connect your payout account from the Earnings tab. Completed consultations are paid out to your connected account. Questions about a specific payment? Email us with the patient's first name and date.

Becoming a doctor on the platform

Tap "Register as a doctor" on the sign-in screen and complete the short application. Your medical licence is verified before your account is activated.

Delete your account

Email manager@doctorsinfrance.fr from your registered address to delete your account and personal data.
